EAP addresses a wide range of issues including, but not limited to;
- Family and relationship problems
- Psychological disorders
- Workplace conflicts
- Parenting problems
- Financial issues
- Trauma
- Alcohol and substance abuse
- Stress and depression
- Victimization
- Grief and loss
Accessing EAP
Should you be faced with any of the above issues, then you should consider participating in a EAP. The program is designed to offer employees assessment, counselling, referrals and follow-up services. EAP has helped lots of employees rescue their careers while improving their home and work lives. On completing the program, you will not only be able to handle problems better but you will also be able to stay positive and productive.
Today, employees are able to access EAP programs with ease. Most service providers are only a call away and are flexible with their schedules. At Recovery Partners, our psychologists are able to meet with clients on a short notice either in their offices or on-site at the place of work.
